HAWKER 800/900 PILOTS IN FARMINGDALE, NY

Position Summary:

Northeastern Aviation Corporation (NEA) has immediate opportunities for experienced Hawker 800/900 Pilots based at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, New York. Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to Farmingdale, NY. It is expected that the candidate lives, or be willing to relocate, within a 3-hour call out time of their home base.

Position Details:

  • Full-time employment as part of a three-pilot team
  • Guaranteed minimum of eight days off per month
  • Bi-weekly direct deposit of salary

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Total flight time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) only: 250 hours in type within the prior 12 months
  • Unrestricted Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license
  • Hawker 800/900 type rating
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accident free history with no pending investigations
  • Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
  • Valid Passport
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) and electronic tablet (iPad) skills

MANAGER/AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - TETERBORO, NJ

Full Time Aircraft Maintenance Manager/Technician to help maintain our fleet. The position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of our managed aircraft and equipment.   The Aircraft Manager will have direct responsibility for delivering ready aircraft at this location including oversite of maintenance planning, execution and return to service.  This will be completed by partnering with team members both on and off-site, and external vendors.

Position Description:

  • Perform scheduled inspections, routine servicing and preventive maintenance on aircraft as well as perform unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
  • Traveling when an aircraft is AOG or support is needed
  • Must have the ability to read and understand technical data such as maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, CAMP, CMP, and electrical diagrams.
  • Assure work areas are kept clean and organized and complete required paperwork.
  • Must have basic set of tools.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments, as required.
  • Other duties as described in the Repair Station Manual
  • Must be able to be flexible and work all shifts on an as needed basis.

Required Skills, Qualifications:

  • Airframe and Power Plant license required
  • Corporate Jet experience preferred
  • Experience in FAR 135 and 145 preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous Business Jet experience and/or OEM training is preferred

VP CHARTER OPERATIONS – PRIVATE AVIATION

Well-established and growing Long Island-based aircraft management and charter company seeks a proven charter operations management executive. This individual will oversee the Charter Ops and Scheduling Departments managing a team of seven charter coordinators who ensure that all flights (Part 135 and Part 91) are handled flawlessly. Industry charter operations management experience is required.
